take 15 prompts users to open (slide) a digital window, a TextEdit ‘window’ from MacOS, that plays a soothing nature soundtrack—birds, breeze, frogs, etc—for exactly fifteen minutes.
The digital space has impacted our relationship with nature and ourselves. While the work recognizes its irony as a digital break-room filled with natural sounds, it intends to be a space for attention restoration and cognitive health.
